First All Star season in the books!

Our 10u All Stars finished their season in Selah at the Summer Sizzler Tournament. In 6 short weeks, this team has come so far. We were in every game we played Friday and Saturday, but came up just short each time.

Sunday, the girls came out and played their best game of the year, and knocked off the #3 seeded team by a 6-5 score to earn their first win! (A team, by the way, that had been playing together for 3 years)

They lost in the semifinals to the #1 seeded team to finish tied for 3rd, but we couldn’t be prouder of these girls.

A great All Star season. Most of our All Stars will be moving on to play on travel tournament teams, and while we will miss them all, it was an amazing group of girls that represented CBGSA well.

Congrats on your first win and a great season All Stars!

We will continue with our All Star program in the 2020 season, with a few slight changes that will make the program even better. We encourage everyone who is interested in a more competitive softball experience to give All-Stars a try.

Things To Plan For:

Thank you to our sponsors!

We want to thank Business Interiors and Equipment for the support with our registration. BIE produced and provided for us our paper information forms that went out to all our area schools. Thank You BIE!

A big thanks goes out to Michelle Boetger Graphic Design for the design and formatting of our Discount Cards. The new layout and bright logos really make our card stand out!

Upcoming Events:
Posted Apr 16, 2018

Preparations will soon begin for the 2019-2020 season.

2019-20 Board Elections will be held at the end of this summer. If you are interested in getting involved as either a board member or just a volunteer-at-large, please contact our president for information about specific board positions. All positions are open for election each year, and there are a variety of positions with varying levels of time committment required.

Following our Board Elections, we will begin the annual process of reviewing and making any necessary changes to our By-Laws as well as our playing rules. Board members play a crucial role in this process, but we also welcome comments, suggestions and feedback from parents and coaches as well.

If you would like to offer any suggestions on playing rules, schedules or anything pertaining to how CBGSA operates, please feel free to send us an e-mail with your comments.
